There are three entrances to the building – the main entrance from Mickiewicza street, entrance A from the Market Square and entrance B from Skargi street.
Depending on which wing your apartment is located in, choose the correct entrance.
You will recognize them by the letter preceding the number of your apartment, e.g. Apartment A401 is located in wing A, to which entrance A leads.

In an SMS message, we will send you a 4-digit code to the correct entrance.

The main entrance allows access to both wings of the building without entering a code, but is locked at night.

There is no passageway between the wings on floors 4 and 5, where the Apartments are located. Each wing is served by a separate elevator.


Aparthotel is organized in the system of self check-in. This means that you can check into the apartment by yourself, without registering at the Reception. On the day of your arrival, we will send you a message with the access code to the apartment. All you need to do is enter it using the keypad located on the front door handle and confirm with the # symbol.



On the day of departure, all you have to do is leave the apartment and make sure the door is locked. The code will be automatically deactivated at the end of your hotel night. If possible please inform us by text message (SMS) when you leave the Apartment. This will allow us to prepare the Apartment for the next Guests.


Choose the right wing

By the phone message or in correspondence on the booking portal, we sent you the number of your apartment preceded by the letter A or B – these are the designations of the building wings. The shortest way to the apartment is through the right entrance of the building.

If the apartment number is preceded by the letter A – choose entrance A which is located on the side of the market square.
If the apartment number is preceded by the letter B – choose entrance B located on the side of Piotra Skargi Street.

Both entrances are open 24 hours a day, and you will find the code to the door in the message we sent you. You can also use the main entrance from Adama Mickiewicza Street, but it is worth bearing in mind that it is locked at night

Once inside, use the elevator to get to the appropriate floor, or in case of failure, use the stairs. The apartments in the range 401-428 are on the 4th floor and the apartments in the range 501-514 are on the 5th floor. After exiting the elevator, pay attention to the markings on the walls that will show you the way.

When you want to talk to us

Our reception desk is located on the first floor, right after main stairs on the right hand side at number 101. We are at your disposal every day – during the week from 09:00 to 20:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 20:00.

The building does not have a private car parking. We suggest leaving the car in one of three points.

The closest parking to the facility is along Adam Mickiewicz Street. This is an unguarded parking lot, included in the paid parking zone, payable at the parking meter on weekdays from 08:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. On weekends, parking is free

Parking in the SuperSam shopping mall, available 24/7, the first hour is free, each subsequent hour is 3 PLN.

  1. These Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay of Guests on the premises of the APARTIO ROOMS Aparthotel and apply to all persons on the premises of the Facility.
  2. The landlord of the apartments organized in the form of an Aparthotel is the company M.Y. Investments Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Gliwice, ul. Lutycka 6, operating under the brand APARTIO ROOMS.
  3. The tenant is an adult Guest of the apartment who has entered into a rental agreement with the Lessor. The Rental Agreement is concluded at the moment of making a reservation, payment of a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay. The Regulations are an integral part of the Rental Agreement, and by making a reservation or payment, the Guest confirms that these Regulations and accepts its terms.
  4. Minors may be guests of the apartment only when accompanied by adults who are their Parents or Legal Guardians.
  5. The tenant, on the basis of the lease agreement concluded with the Lessor, disposes of the apartment available on the days and hours specified in the contract.
  6. Entry to the apartment, on the day of arrival, takes place at the time agreed upon between the tenant and the Lessor, but not earlier than 15:00. Leaving the apartment on the day of departure takes place no later than 11.00 am. Each renouncement from these rules requires the consent of the Lessor.
  7. The request of extending or shortening the stay in Aparthotel, beyond the period indicated in the reservation, should be reported by the Guest to the entity through which the reservation at the Aparthotel was made.
  8. If the reservation was made directly at the Aparthotel, the request of extending or shortening the stay beyond the period specified in the reservation should be notified in writing to the ApartHotel’s e-mail address.
  9. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse to shorten the stay indicated in the Guest’s booking if the Guest’s booking relates to an offer without the possibility of free cancellation or if the request to shorten the stay was submitted when changes to the booking were not possible due to the cancellation condition included in the Guest’s booking confirmation.
  10. In the event of failure to cancel the reservation within the prescribed period, contained in the terms and conditions of the reservation or if the Guest does not reach the facility on time, the Aparthotel will charge the Guest with a fee in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Guest’s booking, with the proviso that if the Guest has made the booking without the possibility of free cancellation, the Aparthotel will charge The Guest will be charged for the entire booked stay.
  11. In case of cancellation of the Guest’s stay during the hotel day, the Aparthotel will not refund the fee for the given hotel day.
  12. Only registered persons may stay on the premises of the Aparthotel during the entire rental period. The number of persons must be in accordance with the number stated during the reservation. Non-registered persons staying in the apartment will be considered as additional Tenants, which will result in additional charges according to the price list below.
  13. The Lessor may refuse to accommodate a Guest who during the previous stay, grossly violated these Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the property of the apartment or the property of other Guests, damage to the Guest’s person, or to Aparthotel employees or other persons staying in the facility.
  14. The Landlord may refuse to accept any other Guest who, in the opinion of the Aparthotel staff, threatens the safety, health, life, image of other Guests, employees and the Aparthotel (brand).
  15. In the event of violation of the provisions the Regulations, the Aparthotel has the right to refuse further provision of services to the Guest who violates them and remove from the premises.
  16. The tenant is obliged to use the apartment in accordance with its purpose, solely for the purpose of accommodation. The tenant undertakes to take care of its technical condition.
  17. The tenant of the apartment will receive from the landlord the codes for the entrance to the building and the codes for the entrance door to the apartment. The tenant agrees not to share the codes with third parties. In case of damage to the lock/coding handle, the Tenant will be charged with the cost of repairing or replacing the lock. It is not permitted for the Tenant to change the building entrance codes/door codes.
  18. The tenant agrees to lock the apartment each time he leaves it during the rental period by slamming the door. The tenant is responsible for all entrusted property and any damage caused by the tenant and third parties in the apartment.
  19. Inside the apartment and in the common parts of the building, smoking, tobacco products, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited. In the event of violation of the rules of smoking, the Aparthotel has the right to charge the Guest with a penalty in accordance with the price list below.
  20. In the event that the breach of the smoking ban by the Guest triggers the fire alarm resulting in the intervention of the fire department, the Aparthotel will impose a penalty on the Guest to cover the cost of the fire department’s intervention, to which the Guest agrees.
  21. Unjustified activation of the fire alarm will result in imposing a fine on the Guest in the amount shown in the price list below, and in the event of the fire department intervention, the Guest will be charged with additional costs related to the arrival of the fire service, which the Guest agrees to.
  22. It is forbidden to store dangerous goods in the apartment: weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive, illuminating materials and other materials considered dangerous.
  23. It is forbidden to conduct any service activity, any form of acquisition and door-to-door sale on the premises of the Aparthotel.
  24. The facility has a curfew from 22:00 to 6:00, except of Fridays and Saturdays when the facility hosts dance events organized by a music club located on the ground floor of the building.
  25. A Guest making a reservation for a stay on Fridays and Saturdays acknowledges that there is a music club in the building, which results in noise penetrating the Aparthotel’s floors. By making a reservation, the Guest accepts the fact that on these days on the ground floor of the building there is increased traffic and the apartment may be exposed to noise caused by music or louder conversations of the event participants.
  26. Parties are not allowed in the apartments. Breaking the Regulations may result in the imposition of a penalty in accordance with the price list below.
  27. It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the Aparthotel, to cause unpleasant odors and other activities that disturb, harm or may be considered offensive or disturbing to the stay of other Aparthotel Guests.
  28. The Lessor reserves the right to collect a deposit from the Lessee to secure any damage, damage or deficiencies in the equipment. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of departure, in the event that no damage / deficiencies / damages were found or reduced by the equivalent of the damage / deficiencies / damages.
  29. The Lessor reserves the right to charge the Lessee with an additional cleaning fee of PLN 300 if the apartment is dirty beyond normal use (stains from body fluids, vomit, dirt difficult to remove).
  30. Using the Aparthotel’s space to make photos or recordings for commercial or promotional purposes, requires the prior written consent of Aparthotel and the payment of additional fee.
  31. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the Apartments and common parts of the building and their equipment.
  32. Issues related to the processing and protection of personal data are regulated in detail in the Apartio Rooms privacy policy, the content of which is available at the Aparthhotel Reception Desk.
  33. Common parts and entrances to the building are under video surveillance. Only the image (without sound) is recorded and saved. Video monitoring data may be available only to entities cooperating in the field of ensuring the safety of persons and property and entities authorized under the law. Data recorded by surveillance cameras are stored for a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of recording, after this date the data is automatically overwritten.
  34. The monitoring is conducted in order to ensure the safety of persons and property located on the premises of the Aparthotel – based on the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). Detailed information on monitoring and the rights of Guests’ in this regard is available at the Aparthotel Reception Desk.
  35. In addition to video surveillance, the facility is covered by personal security daily from 20:00 to 8:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays by an additional personal patrol that prevents the of Music Club Guests to the Aparthotel’s floors. The security patrol has the right to verify the identity of Guests.
  36. Personal belongings left in the hotel room by the departing Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest’s expense.
  37. In accordance with the Civil Code, if the Guest does not receive an instruction to return the items left behind, the Hotel will store the above items at the expense of the owner for a period of 3 months, after which, the items will become the property of the Hotel.
  38. Penalties applicable in the event of breaking the rules of these Regulations:
    1. organizing events / disturbing the curfew – PLN 1,000
    2. smoking inside the apartment – PLN 200
    3. activating the fire alarm – PLN 500
    4. staying in the apartment of unregistered persons – PLN 150 / each unregistered person
    5. pets in the apartment – PLN 200
    6. excessive use of towels – PLN 30/piece for foot and small towel, PLN 50/piece for a large towel (the penalty also applies to theft)
    7. excessive use of bed linen – PLN 30/piece for pillowcase, PLN 50/piece for duvet cover or sheet, PLN 70/piece for bedspread (the penalty also applies to theft)
    8. roof burglary – PLN 1000
    9. other events breaking the regulations – PLN 200
